We all end up changing our daily travel plans due to traffic volume and hold-ups, and can only dream about guaranteed clear roads and less stop starts! Traffic congestion is ever-increasing and new roads are continuously being widened to cope with demand, so what can the highways authorities do about it whilst the struggle continues to exist in the interim?
