Keeping the HA happy

Before joining Morrison Construction I worked for AMSeott as Schemes Manager in HA MAC Area 7. Prior to this I was Contracts Manager for Henry Boot Construction managing a variety of civil engineering projects. Applying knowledge gained from working extensively in design/build and jv maintenance contracts to major new-build highway contracts. Joining a new company and an established site team is always a little daunting but I've been made to feel very welcome. I consider them to be one of the best clients to work for. They are professional, encourage teamwork and, most importantly, always pay on time. By being involved in the very early stages of projects the contractor can now influence issues which were previously closed to him. Contractors are traditionally skilled in risk, time- and multi-team management. Projects are benefiting from these skills.
