Local outfits, Dawnus and Jones Brothers of Ruthin are facing off against Edmund Nuttall, Kier and Balfour Beatty for a £2.4 million National Assembly for Wales scheme to replace a T-junction on the A55 Pen Lan Lane in Bangor. A decision is imminent as work starts on site this spring.
