Tecroc piles on protection

A new epoxy resin-based coating from TECROC Products provides protectio for exposed steel, concrete and other construction materials. A single 300 micron application of TECROC High Build Protective Coating is sufficient to provide the equivalent protection to a layer of concrete 1.3 metre; thick. Compliant with the Taywood Test, the material is a two-part mix comprising; pigmented base resin and a hardener, which when mixed can be brush-applied as a single thick coat direct to the substrate without the need for priming. The coating is predominantly used for the protection of exposed or cut rebar or strand. It can also be used for the protection of steel fabrications and reinforcements, floors, walls and soffits, reinforcing steel, marine and sewage installations, roadside parapets and wall units.
