Measurement and evaluation of the noises of electrical machines

In the recent decades troublesome influences from the environment like noises have received increasing attention.. By the following comments it is attempted to explain the fundamentals for the measurement and evaluation of machine noises, e.g. ofgeared motors. Part I presented the fundamentals and part II the standards. This part III now deals with the causes of the noise and special conditions.
