Implementing Traffic Signals

IHE's definitive course for engineers responsible for managing and designing signals will be held in Birmingham next year starting on 18 April - a move from Nottingham. The four days are structured around the Highways Agency's Standards for Highway Works (Design Manuals for Roads and Bridges) and the Code of Practice for the Management of Electronic Traffic Equipment, with lectures from leading practitioners.
