Gram Car Carriers aims for Oslo listing after private placement

GRAM Car Carriers, a Norwegian company, is expecting to list on Oslo's Euronext Growth exchange following a private placement of up to $121m. It comes two months after the third-largest tonnage provider within the pure car and truck carrier segment postponed its initial public offering due to what it said were "prevailing conditions in the primary issue market". The first day of trading for the company, led by chief executive Georg Whist, is expected by January 31, with an ambition to list on the main bourse in six to 12 months, subject to "favourable market conditions," it said in a statement.
