Paving the way to south coast economic supremacy

Southampton is the cruise capital of Europe. More than 400 cruise ships visit Southampton every year, a figure that has risen by over 200 per cent in the past 10 years. As such, Southampton also sees 1.6 million cruise passengers travel to and from the city each year, and that's on top of the 239,000 residents and thousands of workers across the rest of the city. This article looks at the work that is being done to create a road network that will serve the future economic growth and development of the city.
