Report: No Clear Cause of Sago Blast

The long-awaited Sago Mine investigation report from J.Davitt McAteer - the former head of MSHA and now advisor to West Virginia Gov.Joe Manchin - admits investigators have not been able to identify the "proximate cause" of the Jan.2 explosion,which caused the death of 12 West Virginia coalminers and sparked the passage of tougher federal mine safety legislation.
