Safer cycling

If it is up to the Liverpool City Council, an extra 30,000 residents will be cycling in and around the city over the next few years. Officials are keen to make cycling easier and more convenient in the city and say they will invest in the creation of a network of safe cycle routes, improvements in safety training and enforcement, and ensuring that cycling is included in council policies.
