The uncertainty has taken a toll on markets after prices for raw materials and steel products have hiked. A lack of fundamental factors supporting the price rise shows that suppliers are on slippery ground when they push prices up. Although some upturn is still possible, it is more appropriate to expect a sharp market collapse both for raw materials and steel.
