Prices to decline in autumn

By late August, export prices for A3 scrap had gained 2% month-onmonth. Metal Expert believes prices for Turkish longs are unlikely to increase any further as the government can no longer support domestic demand. In addition, the inflation risks increased and the lira devaluation continued in the country. In this context, longs segment will slow down in the next three months, which will affect scrap quotes.
