Prices to surge in December

The Ukrainian steel scrap market remains rather sluggish in November. Despite higher offers from large scrap collectors and some adjustments announced at certain facilities in the first half of the month, quotes had remained largely untouched by the end of November. However, scrap quotes may surge at the very end of the month due to the global price hike.
