Czech Republic sees positive ECJ ruling

The Czech Republic is confident that the European Court of Justice (ECJ) will rule in its favour in its challenge of the European Commission's 2007 decision to cut the country's allowance allocation for phase 2 (2008-12) of the EU emis- sions trading scheme (ETS). The Czech environment ministry says its outlook stems from previous decisions by the Luxembourg-based court.
