In August, Ukrainian producers raised welded pipe prices by a totalof 6% in a few stages due to higher production costs and the hryvniadevaluation.The Ukrainian currency will continue depreciating by some 1% a monthin September-November to $1 = UAH 28.4 by the end of the forecastperiod, Metal Expert forecasts. The situation in the exchange marketwill keep driving domestic pipe prices up.
