Henan CBM joins Dynamic Energy to restructure local small coal mines

Hong Kong-listed Dynamic Energy Holdings Co. announced May 12 it joined Henan Coal Bed Methane Development Co. for the restructuring of 22 local mines in Pingdingshan City of Henan Province. Henan Coal Bed Methane and the municipal government of Pingdingshan, a new subsidiary, by the name of Pingdingshan Yulong Energy Development Co., will be set up to handle the restructuring work.
