BHP CHOOSES CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR FOR SOUTH FLANK PROJECT

The mining company BHP has signed a construction contract with Monadelphous Group within its project to develop new iron ore project South Flank in the central Pilbara, Western Australia, Metal Expert learnt from the contractor’s press release. The USD108 million contract includes structural, mechanical, piping and electrical and instrumentation works. Monadelphous Group intends to complete works by May 2021.
