Low-carbon ferro-chrome prices fell for a second consecu- tive week as competitive offers from Chinese suppliers dragged domestic prices lower. Prices for 65pc grade alloys with high carbon content were unchanged at 86-91￠/lb. No spot transactions were seen and offers were unchanged.
