摘要

Owing the highest production potential among the cereals, maize ranked third after wheat and rice in respect of area and production in the world. Introduction of high yielding and high nutrient responsive varieties/hybrids of maize and adoption of improved production technologies have raised the nutrient requirement of maize several folds. Therefore, for getting higher productivity and more return, there is need to pay the attention on nutrient management in maize. Keeping this in view, field experiment was planned to study the effect of organic and inorganic sources of nutrients on yield and economics of maize.
