China's April Ga metal exports fall

China's exports of gallium, hafnium and rhenium, with gallium estimated to make up the majority, fell in April amid weaker demand from the international market because of the Covid-19 pandemic. China in April exported 6,489kg of gallium, hafnium and rhenium, comprising 6,489kg of wrought material and zero unwrought material. This was down by 35.24pc from 10,020kg, including 9,300kg of wrought material and 720kg unwrought material, a year earlier, official customs data show.
