Tung Ho Steel Enterprise to improve production process

In 2021 Taiwan’s Tung Ho Steel Enterprise continues investing to optimize production process and product quality, Metal Expert learnt from the company’s publication. According to the source, major research and development activities for 2021 include: the development of universal UE (Universal Edging) technology for continuous rolling of H-beams and processes for simultaneous rolling of angles and flat bars in H/V configuration; as well as the introduction of a scrap-charging pre-heating system, and research of other low-carbon green technologies for production process.
