Near-infrared Spectroscopy for more Efficient Product Quality Control in Manufacturing Industries

Metrohm is pleased to offer turnkey solutions for the quality control of commodities such as diesel, gasoline, jet fuel, polyols, palm oil, and wood pulp by Near-Infrared Spectroscopy (NIRS). Based on dedicated spectral databases and a pre-calibration models, these solutions enable manufacturers to reduce the cost of their daily routine analysis while improving the quality of their products. Key quality parameters for the above mentioned commodities are still often determined by time consuming physical or wet chemical methods involving complex sample preparation.
