High Resolution CMOS Cameras Dedicated to Microscopy Imaging

The Apex Series of high resolution CMOS area scan cameras from JAI provides advanced colour imaging capabilities to OEMs and end-users of microscopy-based imaging systems.The Apex range includes six models of high performance 3-CMOS sensors prism colour cameras,as well as full integration with two of the most popular microscopy software solutions-Image-Pro~R from Media Cybernetics and the uManager open source software package.With the standard C-mount lens mounts and USB3 Vision interface,the Apex Series cameras can be easily adapted to most brands of microscopes.The 3-CMOS prism technology provides much greater colour differentiation than standard Bayer colour cameras for bright-field or colour fluorescence applications,where subtle colour differences are critical.
