摘要

A virus is defined as an elementary biosystem having a genome and being able to act as a pathogen and adapt to changing environments, but viruses cannot capture and store free energy, and they are not functionally active outside their host cells (1). Viruses do not have their own metabolism (1), and rely on host protein synthesis to replicate efficiently, which is why the propagation of animal viruses takes place only after their genome has been integrated in a eukaryotic (2) and viable host cell (3). A vi-rion or virus particle possesses the activity of the viral genome, while the entity called virus or complete infectious virus possesses additional properties important for the infection and viral replication in a host cell (1). Viral proteins encoded by enveloped animal viruses interact with host molecules, influencing factors such as cellular tropism, the site of assembly and release of viral progeny, and the immune response of the host to infection
