摘要

The studies conducted during 2007-08 and 2008-09 at University Research Farm of SKUAST-J revealed that among the insect pollinators on cauliflower, hymenopteran constitute 83.95% of the total insect visitors. The yield and yield parameters as influenced by the honeybee pollination revealed that number of siliqua per plant, seeds per siliqua, 1000-seed weight (g) and seed yield (q/ha) were much higher in plants open pollinated by insect pollinators than those without bees.
