Performance Permit Proposal: ApHC President Frank Larrabee explains the Performance Permit Proposal to be considered at the March 2006 board meetings

The Appaloosa Horse Club Board of Directors currently has under consideration a proposed show rule change known as the Performance Permit Proposal (Permit). In an effort to keep the ApHC membership informed, the Board has instructed that an article outlining the basic tenets of this proposal be placed in Appaloosa Journal prior to further action on the measure.
