MUBADALA SIGNS AGREEMENTS WITH GOODRICH AND HONEYWELL

Mubadala Aerospace signed a couple of agreements at this year's show with Goodrich Corporation and Honeywell. The company established a JV with Goodrich to establish a joint venture company in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to perform maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) work on landing gear for the region. On the other hand Mubadala also announced that Honeywell has an intent to grant special rights and licenses to Abu Dhabi Aircraft Technologies (ADAT) and SR Technics as authorized service providers for Honeywell mechanical components and avionics on various in-service aircraft, and the Boeing 787 and Airbus A350 when the platforms come into service.
