摘要

Luteinized thecoma (thecoma-tosis) associated with sclerosing peritonitis is an enigmatic and rare condition characterized by bilateral ovarian involvement and a very common association with sclerosing peritonitis, which may result in small bowel obstruction.1'2 The ovarian involvement takes the form of a variably cellular proliferation of spindled and ovoid cells, which is often mitoti-cally active, associated with weakly luteinized cells and often marked edema.
