Exact measurement of milling machines with five axes

The geometric parameters of milling ma chines with five axes are of great importance for the qualityof pices: the misalaignment between the swivel axis and the axis of rotation as well as the distancefrom the swivel axis to the upper side of the table. Methods of measurement to determine theseparameters and the advantages will be pointed out.
