Mini diesel refinery receives LTO

NIGERIAN AUTHORITIES HAVE granted a license to operate (LTO) to the Niger Delta Exploration and. Production (NDEP) Plc, in respect of the Ogbele. topping plant, a mini refinery located on the Ogbele field in Eastern Nigeria. The topping plant has the capacity to produce 120,000 litres of diesel from 1,000 barrels of crude oil from the Ogbele field every day. This means, that for every ten days, it can produce 1.2mn litres of diesel, and for every month, can deliver 3.6mn litres into the Nigerian market.
