Case study - CUS inspection at SAPREF refinery

SAPREF CONTRACTED A local NDT company to carry out long-range ultrasonic testing (LRUT) on-sections of the terminal process pipework to highlight possible areas of wall thickness loss. Once it was established that there were possible defect sites. Stork was contracted to participate in a two week trial to inspect these areas using its non-intrusive UT 'pitch and catch' technology.
