Efficient Catalyst-Free Trans Sulfonamidation/Sulfonamide Metathesis under Mild Conditions

摘要

An efficient, catalyst-free chemo selective protocol for the Ntosyl metathesis of 1,2,3-triazoles/ N-tosyl heteroaromatic compounds with various amines at room temperature is reported. This effective procedure would be useful for the detosylation of 1,2,3-triazoles/ N-tosyl heteroaromatic compounds as well as N-tosylation of amines.
