Daikin Europe N.V. is Daikin's sales and manufacturing headquarters for Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, and covers heat pumps, air conditioners, applied systems and refrigeration equipment. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Japan-listed Daikin Industries, Daikin Europe's main mission is satisfying customer needs for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. JARN visited Daikin Europe to survey its production site and talk with Jiro Tomita, General Manager, Manufacturing Division about the background of the new pillar of company growth, the air-to-water (ATW) heat pump business.
