摘要

An efficient and straight forward synthesis of 2-substituted benzo[d]thiazole derivatives has been accomplished using a catalyst combination of p-toluenesulfonic acid (PTSA) and CuI through one-pot condensation reaction of 2-aminothiophenols and β-oxodithioesters in acetonitrile at 80℃.Simple experimental procedure,good to excellent yields,mild reaction conditions and broad substrate scope are the salient features of the present protocol.
