Leroy Merlin Takes Sustainability Seriously

Leroy Merlin has completed construction of its store in Niteroi City, Rio de Janeiro, having 17,283 m~2 of floor space by adopting Hitachi's and Danfoss' technologies. The new store has obtained the 'Eco-friendly Quality Certification' (AQUA), the Brazilian version of the French Demarche HQE standard, which is granted to a store project having satisfied 14 requirements for an eco-friendly 'corporate management system.'
