Aminex moves closer to 1st gas production from Kiliwani

INDEPENDENT OIL AND gas firm Aminex has edged closer to first commercial gas production from its Kiliwani North field in Tanzania, after reporting that the pipeline construction from Songo Songo has been completed. The firm also reported that Tanzanian Petroleum Development Corporation is now constructing the skid metering unit within the boundaries of the Kiliwani North Development Lease prior to tying-in the Kiliwani North-1 wellhead.
