NNPC group managing director urges Nigerian Assembly to pass the Petroleum Industry Bill for stability

DR MAIKANTI BARU, group managing director for the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, has urged the country's National Assembly to quickly pass the Petroleum Industry Bill (PIB) into law. The PIB was introduced in 2008 in a bid to improve petroleum industry efficiency and increase transparency and since then, it has undergone multiple amendments.
