China's combined exports of tungsten products dropped by28.5pc to 27,250t in 2019 from 38,104t a year earlier, officialcustoms data show. China exported 1,868t of all tungstenproducts in December, down by 30pc from 2,655t in thesame month of 2018.Flat demand for APT, tungsten oxide and carbide from inter-national consumers has weighed on China's export market,which in turn reduced shipments last year. Slower economicgrowth in the US and European countries in 2019 affectedtungsten demand from the downstream cemented carbideand alloy industries.
