At the same time, weakening economicgrowth prospects are expected to hit the demand outlookfor tungsten, which correlates closely with GDP.Chinese tungsten prices are forecast to rise in the short termas most producers have yet to resume full run rates amid thecoronavirus outbreak. But subdued demand from down-stream industries amid slower economic growth is expectedto slow the upside in the longer term.
