摘要

A drop in vanadium and molybdenum production from South Africa and Latin America, respectively, has boosted metal and alloy prices in Europe, but any sustained price gains are likely to depend on the revival of consumer demand and the rate at which it recovers. European spot prices for vanadium and ferro-vanadium rose sharply in the past week. The Argus assessment for 7882pc grade alloy jumped by more than 13pc since the end of March to $25-26/kg duty paid Rotterdam on 17 April, rising for four consecutive sessions this month.
