Lomon Billions raises Ti dioxide offer prices

Chinese titanium producer Lomon Billions has raised its tita- nium dioxide offer prices, effective 6 November, in response to higher prices for titanium concentrate feedstock and increased global demand. The firm's offer price for titanium dioxide rose by 800 yuan/t ($121/t) to Yn15,800/t for R996 titanium dioxide, fol- lowing its last price hike of Yn800/t in mid-October.
