China's 2020 tungsten output falls

China's tungsten concentrate output fell in 2020 following cuts in the country's largest production hub of Jiangxi province because of Covid-19 lockdowns, lower ore grades and heavy rainfall. The country produced 138,612t of tungsten concentrate containing 65pc tungsten trioxide in 2020, down by 5.31pc from 146,380t a year earlier, data from the China nonferrous metals industry association show.
