The IMarEST has appointed David Kelly as its director for Asia Pacific in a move aimed at bolstering the profile and expanding the reach of the Institute in this dynamic and high growth region of the maritime world. Kelly, who is currently head of marketing at IMarEST's London headquarters, will take up the Singapore-based position in August this year. "David is the perfect candidate to further our exciting expansion in the very important Asia-Pacific region," said David Loosley, IMarEST chief executive. "He brings a great depth of knowledge and experience in creating and delivering strategies for developing business and this, coupled with his enthusiasm, is sure to generate some very successful activity here."
