DEVELOPING A PATIENT INFORMATION AND EDUCATION RESOURCE FOR ALLERGIC RHINITIS

I have recently completed the Professional Certificate In Allergy Nursing via the University of South Australia. One of the assignments we were given was to make a patient information and education resource. I chose to make a trifold brochure because of its compactness and portability while still having the ability to hold a large amount of information (Fig. 1). When looking at brochures, both online and sourced from clinics and doctors rooms, I realised that there were plenty for the education of asthma and not as many for allergic rhinitis.
