The Biden administration should “trust but verify” when it comes to implementation of new market access for fresh US potatoes to Mexico following a recent decision by the country’s Supreme Court, National Potato Council (NPC) CEO Kam Quarles urged in a June 28 letter to US Trade Representative (USTR) Katherine Tai and USDA Secretary Tom Vilsack.
