Russian miner Mechel’s run of mine coaloutput in January-September fell 8% on theyear to 14.47 mt, however, on a quarterly basis,production rose 1% to 4.78 mt, the companysaid Tuesday.For coking coal concentrate, year-to-date salestotalled 5.40 mt, down 10% from a year ago. On aquarterly basis, sales fell 2% to 1.88 mt.
