A Pennsylvania federal judge has sided with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and tossed out a lawsuit that alleged the agency ignored complaints about the lack of COVID-19 mitigation measures at a Maid-Rite Specialty Foods meatpacking plant and failed to protect workers.
