Scenario No.1: gradual recovery of domestic demand in flat product market will be maintained by favourable conditions in some segments of machine-building industry. Despite some downturn in shipments to Russian market, stronger flat product demand from non-CIS consumers will allow to raise total exports. Worldwide growth in flat product consumption will enable Ukrainian steel producers to raise exports to 6.6 mt this year, their share in total production staying at 70%, Metal Expert estimates.
