Basic forecast scenarios

Metal Expert believes there are two possible scenarios: economic stagnation in the world or uncontrollable swelling of bubbles in various industrial sectors in China, which by late 2012 will result in a sharp economic downturn worldwide. Under the scenario No.1, the growth of global steel product consumption will supposedly slow down as the effect of the post-crisis recovery is expected to weaken in 2011-2012.
