The strike at the coal mine owned by Warrior Met Coal Inc., a major metallurgical coal producer in the U.S. hasbecome prolonged.As previously reported, the coal mine workers of Warrior Met Coal went on strike on April 1 since the negotiationon a new labor agreement which was going on between the Company’s management and the Union Mine Workers ofAmerica (UMWA) was not concluded by March 31.After that, the management of Warrior Met Coal and UMWA reached a tentative agreement with regard to thenew labor agreement. However, the coal mine workers of the Company rejected to accept the tentative agreement onApril 9, and decided by vote to continue the strike.
